At Copperbug, customer satisfaction is our priority, but due to the nature of our products, we maintain a no refund policy. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Once an item has been delivered, refunds are not applicable.
2. Exchanges for Size Issues
If you encounter any size-related issues, we are happy to provide an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
3. Store Credit for Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than size, we offer store credit. You can redeem this credit on our website within 30 days of issue. No cash refunds will be provided.
4. Exchange and Return Conditions
- All exchanges or returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.
